VA Contractor Licensing Fee Raise (by DPOR) Announcement: All Class-A, B and C license application fees were raised (on 4/1/2010).
► The Class-A application went up to $385 (from $265) and Class-C was raised to $235 (from $175). Please refer to the VA DPOR website at www.dpor.virginia.gov
EPA Lead RRP 8-hr Certification Training class, if you did not taken yet. Earliest class dates on 9/11 and 9/25. We Millennium charge the lowest fee ($195) and the seats are limited.
► As of 6/21/10, the rule's certification requirement delayed until October. But all firms and individual renovation workers require the training classes by Sept. 30, 2010.

* EPA Lead RRP 8 hr Certification One Saturday class (8 am-5 pm) to become a Certified Renovator. > A new rule by EPA mandates contractors are required to take an 8-hour training course to work on pre-1978 homes. > Firms that do not apply with the EPA could face tens of thousands of dollars in fines. Millennium is charging the lowest rate anywhere for the class.
