» 8 Hour Prelicensing Business Course (Required for all initial contractor license applications)
» HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing courses on Formal Vocational Training (from 40 to a max. 240 hours to qualify taking the PSI Journeyman exams to pass).
» Electrical Licensee's 3 hour CE Seminar (for Renewal requirement)
- Licensing Exam Prep Courses:
» VA Contractor Class-A Exam Prep - Monthly
8-hour Prelicensing certificate required (see Package Course if you have not taken the VA 8-hour Prelicensing Course)
» VA Package Course in SPANISH - (En espanol) (Oprima a la mano izquierda para leer en espanol)
Every Wednesday night (6-10 pm).
» MD MHIC Exam Prep
Offered monthly - One Day to pass the PSI test (Sat. 1-7 pm)
Offering the MHIC in Spanish (Bi-monthly)
Two days: Friday (7-10 pm) & Saturday (9-2 pm) - seating is limited.
» Electrical Master (& Journeyman) License Prep (VA & MD) - restarting 9/24.
Total 30 hour courses for passing the PSI test (of 10 nights).
Best instructor(s) on all exam topics will help you to pass the test easily.
» Master HVAC Exam Prep (VA & MD) starting in October.
Total 30 hour courses for passing the PSI test (of 10 nights).
Orientation w/ Basic Math test will be held during the 1st class..
► Journeyman (Formal Vocational Training) for HVAC & Electrician course (max. 240 hours; authorised by VA DPOR) will start in September.
» VA BLD Contractor Exam Prep course (5 nights) - restarting 9/14.
Total 15 hour courses (6:30-9:30 pm) for passing the PSI test. Cost ($780) includes all three (3) text material w/ binder. Concentrate the lastest PSI questions demo.
